The villa has nine spacious rooms, an apartment and a double room equipped for disabled people.

The rooms are all located in a harmonious and relaxing environment on the first floor of the villa or in the annex, except the room with disabled access that is located on the ground floor.

The rooms are of different sizes ranging from 35 square metres for the smallest up to the 110 square metres for the Tower Suite.

All rooms feature free wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, a safe, a hairdryer and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath or shower.

The view from the rooms is breathtaking as most of the windows overlook the surrounding Tuscan countryside, providing a magnificent feast for the eyes.

Every room is full of history and reveal a passion for customised details, such as antique pieces chosen one by one that contribute to creating a unique and exclusive environment.

Rates include:
- Exclusive daily rental of Villa Poggio Bartoli from 08.00 to 02.00, excluding the upper
floor and outbuildings (rooms);
- private car park;
- Access to the pool area, compulsory with lifeguard service paid directly by the
customer.
Rates do not include:
- Spa € 700.00/day, hea􀆟ng € 4.50/mc and all that is not included in the rates include.
- Assembly/Disassembly of Luxury Tent roof for Terrace €1.500,00.
Terms of payment:
- 30% deposit for booking confirma􀆟on;
- 70% balance within 30 days before arrival, extra services will be charged at check-out;

Terms of cancella􀆟on:
- From booking to 31 days before check-in 30% penalty.
- From 30 days to one day before check-in 70% penalty
- No-show 100% penalty
